Unanimous Decision means that after a fight, if a fighter isn't knocked out, three judges at ringside are the ones that will decide who the winner is. If it's a Unanimous Decision then all three judges are in favour of one fighter as the winner.
One of the most famous UD win was in 1971 when Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali fought. one judge scored it 67-62 while the other two judges scored it 66-62 all three in favour for Joe Frazier. After that Joe Frazier became the first boxer to defeat Muhammad Ali.
