Spartan Kick

The act of high kicking someone square in the chest while. Kicking them into a pit of doom is optional but recommended.

Origin: In the movie 300,When King Leonidis kicked the messanger from persia into a long pit of doom. The Kick being used would be the Spartan Kick.

Bob: Did you just see that?
Jack: Ya, Tim just Spartan Kicked that guy and he fell flat on his ass.

The noise that something squashy makes when it hits a hard surface. In UK comics, when this happens, you will usually see the word in capitals coming out of the interaction between hard surface and the squashy material. Excellent example of onomatopoeia.
Suitable materials for making the SPALT sound are things like tomatoes, mashed potato, custard pies and squelchy mud.
Look in UK comics like the Beano and Dandy for examples.

The muscular mascot for Michigan State University, featured as a terra cotta statue and foam rubber mascot at games and events.

Sparty has been featured in ESPN commercials, Jones Soda bottles, named "buffest mascot" by Muscle and Fitness magazine and was the first non-athlete featured on the cover of the NCAA Football video game (for the 2009 Wii edition)

Look, on the sideline, it's Sparty leading the fans in the fight song.
