That marvelous activity in which a Woman uses a broad, flat bladed instrument, a paddle (such as for paddle ball, or any similar instrument) to strike the bare behind of a man repeatedly and with much force.

plastic paddy

Noun: Term of abuse for someone who feigns being Irish when convenient. E.g. An entirely British person who in 1994, on realising that England had not made it to the soccer World Cup, had no one to cheer for and found green blood in their veins for as long as Republic of Ireland were still in with a chance.

What happened to your England shirt, you plastic paddy?

Some sort of flat paddle used to hit people with, usually in the bum, thus the name bum paddle.
Also used to paddle boasts in some circumstances.

Man: We hit the bum paddle courts today- tomorrow I'll expect we'll try squash...
