Similar to a Larry Tate but it takes a 2nd guy to rub his nuts on the rim of the glass, hence the "on the rocks" part.

Steve and Bob were so fed up with Jim bossing them around they gave him a Larry Tate on the rocks when he left the table.

He couldn't have stood more than 4' 4' and frequently looked as if he was smelling something bad, probably Shemp's filthy hair or Curly's wet beer farts.
