The act of turning your homework/workbooks/assignments into paper hats that you can in turn wear, in order to irritate your teacher/boss.

Person - "Man, I was up to my neck in paperwork, so I dropped it all and started making paper hats."

Student: Man, Mr. Johnson is so weak, he gives us an essay during the summer! so spent my days making paper hats."

Hafsa

Hafsa is an Arabic name which the meaning is forgotten from my head right now but she is very intelligent smart and loves to write stories. Her brilliant mindset has helped her become the wonderful teenager she is right now and her mother loves her all the more for it. Hafsa is one of many children, approximately five, and she will always say that she is the favourite. Hafsa also has a dark side. Though she may look harmless and loving, really she is a monster inside. She uses her two younger sisters to do things for her and destroys everything in sight when a bad mood comes upon her. She has two bunnies at home, one belonging to her and the other to her sister. She tortured her sisters rabbit and is perfectly fine with her. The name of the petrified creature is yang. Which comes from the logo ying yang. The other bunny that gets treated fairly is called ying.

Ameena: She is intelligent, but also mysterious in bad ways.

Hats was first used in a tight group of Mt. Greylock High School stoners but rapidy gained popularity among the school to mean MArijuana. A whole sub-system of terms branches from it using winter items to represent their favorite illegal things. The process of smoking marijuana is called, wearing a hat, or putting a hat on.
