Someone who tells the truth, but in doing so they leave out words, use double meanings, rearrange sentences. To make the listener believe it is something it is not.
Girl who cheated on guy says: I promise you I did not sleep with your friend.
Guy finds out the truth and questions gf about her lying.
Girl then says: We had sex all night, no body slept.
Guy: You may not be lying, but you are a bloody wordsmith.
