1. The police radio code for a dangerous driver. Generally a dangerous/drunk driver, or a speeder.

2. The portable version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Exclusively on the PSP, you can also take out the tuners as the cop in 'Tuner Take-down' mode. Fun, but over time you may get over it.

A lead that is blown when you're up 3 to 1 in a sports series. When this happens the team that blew the 3-1 Lead choked heavily.

A 3-1 Lead was blown by the Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals and the Cleveland Indians in the 2016 World Series.

Man 1: Don't let this election distract you from the fact that the Warriors blew a 3-1 Lead in the Finals.
Man 2: Bro, your Indians blew a 3-1 Lead against the Cubs last night.....

Chode 1 

A chode 1 is primarily described as a short and stubby penis, often wider than it is long. Not to be confused with chode 2, a chode 1 often has a much more negative connotation than that of the latter chode definition.

Similar to the imaginary and often sought after "dislike" button on facebook, "minus 1" or "-1" is a way for a user of Google+ to express dislike for an item in the social networking service. Due to the fact that there is no "-1" button to counter Google+'s "+1" button, this contempt is usually expressed in the form of a written comment on someone's post or status.
