A variant of the previous proverb, focusing specifically on social media. I don't have energy/capacity for that. Particularly with reference to low executive functioning that can occur in autistic/ADHD folk when over stimulated or in burnout - or, as good preventative practice to ward off burnout. Inspired by/another take on spoon theory.

When someone is a complete dumbass and has no intelligence, no creativity, often being just like every other person who spams the same messages, phrases, quotes, or images and is just plain stupid. “All quiet” refers to no activity, meaning there is no activity being done in the frontal lobe.
