A BART is a Back-fART it doesn't come out of your behind, but rather a sound from your back, sometimes when you are doing exercise the in-curvature of your spinal area suctions onto the floor and when released makes a fart sound.

To have the barts is to have the runs which is a term used to express someone has diarrhea. This term became popular in the 90s and was coined from the Bart Simpson Show from an episode where he got diarrhea and it was said he has the barts
