When you don't have time to properly vet or test your products before unleashing them to the world, but in an act of hubris and perhaps a dash of malice, you release it on the world and hope for the best. Bonus points if you can get governments to mandate it.

Speed Parachute

When someone blows speed up your anal orifice.

The playmate I dated stuck a speed parachute up my ass once without really letting on to what she was up to and holy fuck I was a chunk of granite and must of pumped a few quarts of chowder out whenever she decided I should. That was one fucked up fuck fest. Mostly in the kitchen.

In video games. Sometimes Tool Assisted. When a player completes the game as fast as possible, disreguarding the enviornment, difficulty and minor enemies.

He completed a Speed Run of Resident Evil in 1:23!

speed goggles

When you're opinion of a member of the opposite sex changes based on how fast he/she is. Very common among top cross-country runners, track athletes, swimmers, etc. Although throwers and jumpers are not basing on speed, but rather throwing or jumping ability, the term "speed goggles" is still applied.

Guy 1- "Man that girl is fine."
Guy 2- "She's decent but you're rockin your speed goggles a little too much"
