Schizophrenia

A stigmatized mental disorder that isn't biologically understood, but can be diagnosed with the patients confirmation of auditory and visual hallucinations when the patient is sober. It could be drug induced or something involving these features, but a symptom of another category like schizo-affective or h.p.p.d. is possible due to the broad terms and should be inferred upon with a licensed Doctor in case it's being caused by something you can change.

Schelonka Bar

Named after the Nazi War Criminal, the Schelonka Bar is the ring-leader of ALL prison rapes at their correctional facility. The term is more commonly used to refer to the actual bar of soap that was dropped causing the rape.

Having schizophrenia but to cover it up you have a blue-tooth headset in, so it looks like you are talking to someone but you're really talking to yourself.

Schizophrenic Bob is standing in an elevator and he screams, "Who do you think you are?!" Everyone around him looks at him, but they don't think anything of it because he has schizophonia.

Schizophrenia

A metal disorder in which a person fails to comprehend with reality and is characterized as not always there in the head. They often tell tales, make up lies, speak oddly with no sense of reality and will often act with odd behavior such as acting all of a sudden acting very enthusiastic to very happy to very sad to having an angry or violent outburst, to telling lies, to sleeping a lot and shutting people out for a while, you name it. Schizophrenics are known not to live normal leading lives and are usually out of work, living in with friends/relatives, homeless, broke, without a car or living in a mental institute because of their inability to interact with others, and their inability to hold a job. There are different types of schizophrenia, but overall anyone who is diagnosed with schizophrenia fails to comprehend with their reality’s in some way.
