When youre talking to a girl, mainly a bitch and she only talks at you, not to you. When she speaks at you, her forehead wrinkles because she is always pissed no matter what you did or did not do. Her forehead looks like a wrinkled ballsack.

A forehead piercing occurs when someone is punched in the forehead by another with jewellry on their hands (See ring). The ring shall split thier skin open, similar to piercing an ear or such.

After she pushed her boyfriend to the ground, she gave him a forehead piercing with her rings. When he got up he couldn't believe that a girl had beaten him in a fight.
