To call someone a “chooch” is to define them as someone who just messes everything up all the time. Or you can also use it to describe someone who has their head in the cloud all day. Usually to describe someone who smokes a lot. Also can be used to describe a joint or a vape.

Your stoner buddy Emil drops the whole ounce of shake on the shag rug.

“Ah Emil man you’re such a fuckin’ Chooch”

Emil also can’t get his life together.
