A particularly painful example of suburban slang.

Bill: I think Ben'd like to scrub the toilet.
Ben: Do I have a choice, or have I just been voluntold?
Bill: Hey will you quit with the tryhard slang? It makes you sound like a loser.

Casual Tryhard

A person who performs exceptionally well and tries their best 90% of the allotted time in most video games while berating themselves as "garbage" for making even the simplest mistake.

Casual Tryhard: "Damnmmit I died cause I wasn't paying enough attention to the spawns... I'm playing like garbage right now."

Friend: "Dude you were on a 10+ streak with a 2.5 K.D and I'm negative right now! Casual tryharding dickhead..

Tryhard

In regards to recreational activities or video games, someone who must put forth 100% effort to come out victorious. As opposed to someone who doesn't need to do their best to win a game or contest.

Player A: "Yeah we won! Get pwned noobs."
Player B: "Shut up kid, you're such a tryhard. Wait till next game when I rape you."
