To grab your partner on the sidewalk and then toss him/her in front of a moving vehicle and run away. Ideally the vehicle is a bus or big truck. It is also acceptable to toss in said partner in the back of a garbage truck and run

My girlfriend was bitching about not going to the French restaurant in Manhattan so she got the toss'n run.
