A stitch as in "stitch incoming" refers to a TikTok mechanic where the author first plays a different video in fullscreen before inserting theirs. The TikTok editing tool used is called 'Stitch' because it helps 'stitching' video's together. To avoid their audience from skipping the video because they do not recognize the authors post, the author puts the warning "stitch incoming" over the copied video.

Noun: An appropriate rhythm while stitch-fucking. Two males are double penetrating a woman in her anus and vagina, and as one goes in, the other is going out. This appropriate rhythm ensures that the woman is fully penetrated at all times and does not die or get split in half. Stahl Stitch

The term "Stahl Stitch" or sometimes called “husband stitch” refers to a controversial and medically unnecessary practice where, after a woman has a vaginal tear or episiotomy during childbirth, an extra stitch is added during the repair — supposedly to make the vaginal opening tighter than before birth, often for the presumed sexual benefit of the male partner.
