Pontefract is a town half way between manchester and leeds in England. But it's sounds like a word from the Welsh language. Many people think it is in wales.
Therefore anything which sounds like it should be in wales, but isn't should be a 'Pontefract'

A solemn Mass celebrated by a Bishop or Cardinal. This Mass could be celebrated at the Throne or Faldstool. The Bishop are assisted by four minor ministers of the Crozier, book, Mitre and candle (three at the Faldstool).

Cardinal Raymond Burke celebrated a Pontifical High Mass at the local FSSP.
