faith no more

A very creative and talented band that originated from San Fransisco in around 1983. The band's musical output was enhanced by continuous tensions in the group that seemingly resulted in the members trying to 'outdo each other' creatively; leading to some very excellent music. Faith No More played almost every style of music from lounge to death metal, with their typical sound having funky bass, distored guitar riffs, energetic drumming, clever keyboards and catchy lyrics and singing. Faith No More dissolved in 1997 and the members are currently involved in other exciting outfits.

The best Faith No More album is 'Angel Dust', but it is probably best to start with 'Who Cares A Lot? The Greatest Hits'.

Really? Are you sure. What people should say to their paramour when the relationship is unhealthy. You know the kind. When you can't stop breaking up. John Legend's "Ordinary People" song before he wrote the song that just might save a life. "All of Me" is not "no more." But, sometimes when it feels like the movies or "too good to be true" people say "no more." Like Ahhhhhh. Please don't say it if it feels like the movies. Ask me or Katy Perry. Feeling like a fairytale or movie is a very good thing.

More than friends

Actually pronounced "More Than Friends", this is a term usually used to denote friends who are also lovers. However, this term could logically describe any such pairing of individuals whose relationship "penetrates" beyond a simple, standard friendship. "We're more than friends, we're also cousins", or something. Yeah right. "We're more than friends, we're also taxidermists". Mmmkay?

"Jack and Jill were more than friends, they were also fellow hill-survivors".

Moore Catholic

A High School on Staten islad, NY, where nearly the entire student body are either morons or sluts. Half the teachers are complete assholes, the principal is a total drunk, and the dean is an uptight ass who likes all the morons more than the intelligent people.

Aside from that 95% of the school, though, the rest of it is fine.

"Hey, I got accepted to Moore Catholic. Should I go there?"
"Only if you're taking music, that's where most of the smart people are."
