With this song, Gwen has got with a guy and he's saying she wasn't shit. She is not going to let her name and status be dragged down because she is the leader of the cheeerleadeing squad. She is challebging him to bring it on again and she will show him her skills.

Not being a Holla Back Girl, she is the leader of the cheerleading team, she could have made up a cheer to degrade him.
