Economic Leech

An Australian term that describes a person who leaves a heavy toll on the economy of the country, but provides nothing in return for the nations welfare. Usually used to describe a person of Asian descent, but may also describe "doll bludgers" (see Urban Dictionary- Doll Bludgers).
