Phonetic for Fake Cheer used in code to protect the parties involved. Usually a male of small stature who will cheer for a sports team when he really has no clue, no affiliation, and no real reason to be a fan other than it seems to be the cool thing to do at the time.

ANNOUNCER: "Reggie Bush has run another one into the endzone"
FOXTROT CHARLIE: "Whooo...Homerun!!!!"
BAR PATRONS: ...complete silence...
