Much like a conversation, but one that takes place through texting. It can also be a conversation over instant messaging or a similar application. It feels weird calling a virtual conversation an actual conversation, to textervation is appropriate

Texpecting

A combination of the words 'text' (as in message) and 'expecting' to use when asking someone who they are expecting a text message from.

Eva: (looks at her phone for the hundredth time)

Delia: Eva, you have been looking at your phone all day! Who are you texpecting?

Eva: This guy I met at the gym yesterday! He hasn't texted me back!

Delia: What a bastard!

A hispanic person who is born in texas and ventured on to live in canada.

person 1: Hey man, did you hear those girls are texmexadian?

person2: really?! whats that?

person1: Duh silly head, they are a rare yet amazing group of people. They have Mexican roots, yet are born in Texas, yet traveled and lived in Canada for a while.

Textenial

Being in denial about why you're not getting any texts for an extended period of time. Often leading to you feeling that something is wrong with your phone and/or turning it off and back on.

Rob: Man, no one's texted me for a while. I'd better turn it off and on.
Jan: You've got a case of textenial, dude.
