Intel has been experimenting with a highly specialized (ASIC) "Application Specific Intergrated Circuit" called Ebonifly. It stands for "Ebonics on the Fly" This chip converts the normal english language to ebonics; on the fly for faster rendering of ghetto slang in video games and microsoft applications.
