When someone is so pissed at another person they will violently cuss them out without regard to time, location, surroundings, protocall, population or remoarse.

The shear voice, presence, and stubborness of a person sent his co-worker into a such a rage that he was donkey cussed on a widely populated means of mass communication creating a very embarrasing sitution.
