Have you seen the kids with the tite girl pants usualy with a loud belt and a short shirt sometimes even exposing their stomach (much like women do), spiked hair in the back with short or sometimes long and combed over in the front hair, fingernail paint and make-up? Jeans and a T-shirt makes you trendy? Then im going naked. As i see it the goths, the punks, the preps, anything that walks and labels themselves is a trendy. They are the fads of society and keep your economy going, they shop j.c penny and hot topic, and watch mtv religiously hoping they dont miss out on the next trend. Listen to Jim Morrison and Bob Dylan thinking that that makes them sophisticated.Drinking Latte's not realizing its only milk.

Trend Gen is another name for the Millennial Generation, pointing to their malleability as a consumerist demographic obsessed with trends as status markers and elevators, which has become not only an EZ target for all supply-side industries but, thanks to the Internet and social media in particular, a free advertising machine as well.

Klub Vino (a ficticious entity) is an online wine store that targets the Trend Gen by making all its choices for them, by requiring only that a consumer "likes" the flavor components of any certain wine without requiring any knowledge of the wine - or wine in general - itself.
