Mainly used by people in the Irish midlands (Longford), meaning Drunk to the point you started eating someone’s left over food.

Scraps

A category of women that frequent bars and stay until extended hours in hopes that a man will take them home. Normally, they are what one would call the “last ditch effort”. They are know to roam bars such as brothers, Kilroys, and can occasionally be spotted at Patron Saint.
