A rat is the lowest human being to walk this earth. A rat usually does a lot of drugs (oxy contin/ heroin), has no money, has no job, does nothing with his/her life, but look for the next high. A rat is just a grimy, worthless, lowlife individual.
Yo man, Johnny Blaze is such a rat, all he ever does is get high.

An overused word in some areas used to describe people who wear things like black hoodies and inexpensive clothes. It is used to describe pretty much anybody who is not a jock, a prep, a goth, or a skater. Most cliques despise rats.

rats are like mice but tricky and not as nice. they like running around especially if there is a treat or reward in the corner sort of like being in a maze for a human.they are smart and will run out of their holes to steal or catch food then run back.if you see a rat just give it some food or cheese and wave goodbye

Some one who has done something to annoy another or is just generally a pain. Is mainly used as an insult thrown at people throughout chippenham in wiltshire. Rat is also used when to describe someone who has snitched or is just generally really ugly.
