A favorite game in the Bush White house, as it was well known that Bush's nose was dulled by cocaine use and Dick Cheney was incontinent (he often referred to his progeny as "WMD's" or "Weapons of Mass De-stink-tion". Carl Rove could smell a dump in the Lincoln Bedroom from the Oval office, so he was never it for very long. Condi Rice sometimes would not dump for a solid week, and so Rove knew how how to pick his targets.
