The zebra pokemon. It uses moves like Thunderbolt and Air Slash. It comes in 2 forms, west side(pink) and east(blue) side. East-side is known to be more gangsta and will fuck your shit up.

A part of vancouver, BC, home to many homeless people, and it is quite scary. Many shelters for homeless dudes are located there. The police station and the very FREAKY police museum.I think it's scary! Similiar to surrey, but it's worse!
