Someone who is short and chunky. May be male or female.

(of women) A woman who may petite clothing because she’s short but doesn’t actually have a petite figure because she’s fat and possibly also very girthy.

A woman doesn’t have a dumpy figure if she’s short and thicc while being femininely and proportionately curvy without the aid of a girdle.

Kim is just dumpy looking, not petite like her sister Ana.
