An individual 'who relies on another for basic necessities, who expects others to provides their needs and wants. One who doesn't "bring anything to the table", but expects to reap the same benefits as contributing persons.

Person B. Yeah, he's sposed to be a friend, but just takes advantage of everyone's good graces like that. A real cruiser.
