Being 'down bad' refers to an extreme case of sexual attraction to a person or fictional character. It refers to the act of doing anything, ANYTHING at all to gain the interest's attention.

It is mostly used to mock others

"I love him so much I'd lick floortiles to get him to notice me.'

Down to earth

Used by today's kids as a compliment. The definition of the word should therefore be changed to something along the lines of, 'The yearn to have everything your spoiled ass has ever wanted, but to simultaneously be seen as someone who's genuinely compassionate' in short, pseudo-compassionship.

Term used by Northern New Jersey males between 18-45 when describing a trip to Atlantic City to drink, gamble, and go to strip clubs. This term is primarily used around girlfriends and wives, to disguise the true nature of the trip.

Also known as "Exit 38", the exit on the Garden State Parkway for the Atlantic City Expressway.

Big Jimmy: Hey, what time you wanna go down south tonite?
Little Jimmy: We'll leave around 7:30.
Big Jimmy's Wife: What's down south?
Big Jimmy: Hey, what do you care? Now make me a sangwich.
