To fangirl over a real-world or imaginary event or experience, usually one which involves shipping you or one of your friends with someone you both know Generally accompanied by plenty of high-pitched squealing, jumping up and down, hyperventilation, and flapping of the hands and/or arms.
Girl 1: "You and Jason are adorable together. I girl out over you two SO hardcore!"
Girl 2: "I know! I got the cutes REAL bad when he asked me out!"

Broke Out

1) When someone who's in confinement (i.e. Jail,Prison,Hospital) and finds a way on the outside of the building where you are free to run away.

2) When someone gets infected by something that makes them "breaks out" with spots or something similar to one having a reaction to allergies. Can be sexually or nonsexual.
1) Lauren broke out of the mental hospital yesterday!
2) Nic broke out from herpes because he's been fucking everyone AND their moms!

To impress greatly. To cause someone to regard someting as being wick (in the positive sense.

Past = Wuck out.
Sharon was completely wuck out by the large selection of cosmetics available.
