A person of that age range is referred to this when they repel others and hurt those around them like poison by being selfish, disrespectful, entitled, rude, etc. and generally lack friends and social supports. They feel entitled to tell their story and that you should appreciate them and lack empathy or understanding that it may not be a good time for you.
