Triangle of light

Where thighs and hips meet in a toned body and an upside down triangle forms. One should be able to see through the space for a true Triangle.

I've been doing squats for weeks trying to get the Triangle of Light to appear

To travel at/exceed this speed would result in breaking the fabric of space-time.
