Gas, farts or flatulence caused by the over consumption of pork products. Especially amplified if combined with dunkel (dark) beer. Especially when traveling in Germany or Eastern Europe.

Last night we ate the whole pig except for the oink. This morning I have a bad case of the swinefarts.
