Stands for Restlessness Disease. R.D. is a a person who can not stop moving and must touch everything. But an R.D. can also be a good friend.

RDO

Short for "Regular Day Off". Often used when someone on salary either leaves early or takes a 'personal' or 'mental health day'.
Similar to skipping school, but for the blue collar worker.
