Someone who is outwardly calm and collected; very wise and generally likable. Self aware people. Not easily rousted but don't piss them off or watch out! They'll fight for what they believe in with everything they have.

Those pro-life believers are extremely plebekian, so watch it.

A lower or middle class of person who sometimes attempts to create a perception of being of an upper class.
Hair Dressers and Fashion Designers are notorious for falling into this catagory.

Commoner 1: Terrence Borgioli is so amazing.
Commoner 2: No, Terrence is just a Pleb in fancy cloth.
