Car limbo is when you're driving on the freeway or a large street and every car around you is driving the exact same slow speed, causing you to either be stuck or drastically changing your speed to get out. Can also be used to describe poor traffic or blocked streets/intersections

It is part of the MediaEmpire. Some think it is a Corporation, but its members vouge for its complete and utter nonsensical troll term.
