A superficial person(could be male or female) pretending to be a flamboyant homosexual; a totally fake(could be male or female) and contemptuous ill mannered person with artificial charisma that portrays and offends a gay men as being slanderous with their fake personification.

The Minnesota Nice! which consists of people pretending to be something they are not, has to be the most fruity and vulgarly behaved people on the planet. That especially goes for the fruits in political power in Minnesota as well and its pretty damn shaming.
