When a minority group asks for equal rights by placing themselves above what was above them instead of leveling out the playing field; i.e. ‘taking turns’ becoming the majority group.
Minorites won’t be taken seriously by others if they resort to turn-based equality because doing so tells them that they’re better than who they are (when in reality, they aren’t).
