Definition: The bright shining sun on a cloudless, freezing sub-zero winter day.

This is an old Persian proverb that doesn't translate well into English. Essentially, in winter, just because it's bright and sunny out don't assume, it's warm. If you don't dress appropriately, you might feel like or look like an ass. Donkey Sun!
