It also has multiple meanings like he/she/it doesn't agree with what you say, doesn't care about what you say, agrees with you. Usually the case is that person has nothing to say. Also could show that person does not want to talk to you at the moment.

balls is like being kind of a douche while youre doing the thing that feels like a bravery thing, but isnt brave... but has that same sort of 'well thats kind of bold' feel, but with an edge. basically guts s like 'oh thats hard to do, you have to be brave to do that' so its almost more of an admirable connotation whereas...if you say they were ballsy its like they're really kinda pushing the envelope with what they're doing even BEYOND what you would expect

Balls are a common slang term, of recent but unknown origin, that refer to a male's genitalia, the testes, which hang low below the penis in the scrotum. These balls are a sign of penis size, the comparison of which is known sometimes as "cock fighting". Balls are a sign of strength, as having a larger penis or having larger balls is often associated with having strength and bravery due to the nature in which the balls of a man matter to him. As a larger penis or larger balls grant a man greater respect, having small balls degrades the male, and says one has "no balls" is a sign of disrespect, and males take it as a challenge. In summary, the size of one's balls in slang terms are a way to test one's strength or bravery.
