Skin Toot

1) The act of showing appreciation for an attractive female walking around showing skin by one quick "toot" of a car horn.

2) In colder climates, the lack of clothes can be overlooked and the same appreciation still given for attractiveness.

3) In particularily fine examples, a quick double "toot" is acceptable and should be considered an advanced maneuver.
