"Spracked gacked geeter thwact" is a phrase many methamphetamine users use to describe their state and degree of being high. Each word comprises a separate component of the high regardless of the user's route of intake (eating, snorting, smoking or injection). From teeth and jaw grinding to excessive blinking and flailing (exaggerated unpredictable arm movements). Again, the larger the dose, the more outrageous the physical manifestations. Lastly, thwact describes the degree of mental instability the user experiences while high. The larger the dose, the greater the paranoia, auditory and visual hallucinations, flight of ideas, pseudo psychotic breaks and even the creation of their very own language.
