The first target of his revenge was his brother Itachi, who died, so now Sasuke wants to kill everybody in his ninja village, because he found out that Itachi killed the Uchiha clan on the villager elders' orders. He used to regard Naruto as his best friend, but it seems that he only decided that because he needed to have a friend to be able to get the powerful Mangekyou Sharingan by killing him.
Sasuke has no liking or interest in other people aside from the desire to kill and/or make them experience grief and rage like his. He can't die soon enough for me, but he has a lot of fan girls (and boys) who admire I don't know what about him.
