Get the loot raccoonmug. Floor Loot, as it's name suggests, is loot (pens, rulers, erasers, etc.) you find on the floor of the building you pursue your academic prowess at. Once you pick up floor loot, it's yours, so the original owner can't reclaim it if they recognize it.
