No mud no lotus

A saying that can be traced back to Buddhism. Basically it means that of course, there will be bad things in life that will cause you to suffer. It'll bring pain to you. However with this "mud" you eventually get stronger and grow as a result thus forming you into a beautiful "lotus". Just remember life gets better eventually but it takes time and effort.
