A term of praise used by people that claim to be fans of certain works, but have never actually seen them. The average kino fan has a condescending view of people that don't personally enjoy said 'kino' work or just aren't interested in it, and will often retaliate with some form of aggression.

- Sorry, man. I don't feel like playing Devil May Cry 3.
- Seriously? DMC3 is kino. Just say you have bad taste and go.
