"Karen" is the stereotypical catch-all term for middle aged women who act entitled and belligerent in such a way that is completely unreasonable, endlessly entitled, and hopelessly out of touch with reality.

Restaurant Employee 1: "While I was working the register earlier, some lady barged in bitching and moaning about how her large sweet tea wasn't sweet enough. Before I could get a word in she started demanding to see the manager and for me to get fired."

Restaurant Employee 2: "Sounds like a regular Karen, I probably would have told her to choke on that drink."
